1. No Return Policy

We do not accept returns for products once delivered.


2. Exchange Eligibility

We only offer exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Customer must inform us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact

Requests beyond 48 hours may not be accepted.


3. Non-Exchangeable Items

We do not accept exchanges for:

  • Used or washed products
  • Items without original tags
  • Products damaged by customer misuse
  • Discounted or clearance items (if applicable)

4. Exchange Process

To request an exchange:

After verification, our team will guide you through the exchange process.


5. Refund Policy

Refunds are only processed if:

  • Exchange item is unavailable
  • Order cannot be fulfilled

Approved refunds will be issued to:

  • Original payment method
    OR
  • Store credit (if customer prefers)

Refund processing may take 5–10 business days depending on payment provider timelines.


6. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.

Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.


7. Fraud Prevention

BrandzMe reserves the right to refuse refunds/exchanges in cases involving:

  • Suspicious activity
  • Repeated false claims
  • Abuse of exchange policies
